No, bad breath is a sign of gum disease. If your pet has bad breath, he needs a dental cleaning at your vet's office. In addition, all pets need to have their teeth brushed at home to prevent excessive plaque accumulation.

It does when you use them the right way. you also need to make sure the food they eat regularly isn't gunking up their teeth.
