this product proved to be extremely valuable in my diet. i never used to eat veggies like that so this supplement is perfect to make a clean smoothie. i used this product for an every day green smoothie for about 3 months but i wish it just tasted a bit better. i like a more fruity drink so i was adding juice to the smoothies but i did take lab tests frequently and my levels were actually better than those who eat veggies on the daily,and the package is well represented
