Easy to use and can do a variety of shakes in it easily. Good quality not cheaply made. Lightweight and easy to take with you on the go as well. I wash in the sink not sure about dishwasher

I know most people use this for protein powder or pre workout but I use it for my powder energy drinks during the day and this is amazing !!! The powder mix get all mixed with the water in half the time because of the shaker ball and the lid clicks in and stays shut without risk of spilling ! I love this so much !!

These are great bottle to help break down protein shakes. Seldom leaves any clumps. Bottle is very easy to clean and without the ball can be used as a regular water bottle

this is a very good bottle to mix my juices. it leaves my juices with no chunks left. i would recommend buying to put smoothies, juices any liquid.

Can’t go wrong with a blender bottle. I collect these because i use so many of them after workouts for my protein shakes they work great with mixing the powder

There isn’t a-lot to say about a good shaker bottle . If it works well, its something you don’t really have ti think about. It breaks up my protein and doesn’t melt in my dishwasher .

Bought this for my protein shakes, I’d say it works about as good as any other shaker bottle I’ve had. Easy to clean, cap seals nicely. I like the spring mixer ball as I think it agitates better. I’d recommend it
