Another great garlic supplement! I take these whenever I start getting sick or coming down with something and it knocks it right out! This one is a little more expensive than others but it's still really good quality and effective!

I've taken many garlic supplements. This one may be a little bit pricier, but it is worth every penny! If I feel myself coming down with a cold or sinus infection, I will take these three times a day. Works like a champ!

So I know that people use these supplements for a reason, but my goodness it makes my breathe smell like garlic and I have the taste in my mouth. As far as it doing the job though, I'm sure it's just fine.
