My daughter has horrible TMJ and we’ve tried all sorts of mouth guards. She doesn’t like to mold them so we used it out of package as is. She said it’s just as comfortable as any of the other she’s tried. It does seem to be just as durable, it will take a little longer wearing it to find that out. She chews through them all! We have had some that are smaller but she worries about swallowing them so this seems safer to her than those. I know this one is mostly meant for sport but those seem to be the ones that are more durable for her.

My is big in basketball we train 5 days a week and we're always doing three verse 3 or 5:5 practices so this was really nice for him considering he just got braces. It helps!!
