So recently I’ve had to go gluten free due to a severe intolerance to gluten. Well yesterday on the Fourth of July I got to test these out after not realizing the wine coolers I had have malt in them. So yep the bloating and horrible nausea started and I took one of these and within the hour i noticed my symptoms were a little better. This isn’t going to take away all the gluten induced symptoms but it helps!
