This primer gives a luminous finish and has moisturizing properties, making it especially suitable for dry and combination skin. However, I stopped using it because it caused breakouts; I don't know why. The best thing about this product is that it provides a natural, subtle glow, which can be intensified if desired. It can be used as a makeup base, a highlighter, or on its own, creating a radiant skin effect. It doesn't offer any coverage or conceal imperfections.

Always exciting to discover that a product does ✨ nothing✨. I think of other skin perfectors and they add a ton of a glow with a bit of additional coverage. While it feels fine on the skin, Tarte’s Glowtion doesn’t add much (if any) glow and absolutely no coverage.

I love glowy primers, and was happy to try this one from Tarte. Unfortunately it was not a success for me. I immediately noticed that this primer has a funky smell that was not pleasant to me. Secondly, the texture was very slippery and thin. Thirdly, my skin erupted with irritation within an hour of application and I could not continue to wear it. Overall, I was quite disappointed.
