I normally drink a Vitamin water after working out to help re-hydrate but I'm hoping to cut out the calories. Does this water do as good a job after a workout, for anyone who has tried both options? Thanks in advance!

Any water will do a good job after working out. However, you want to add electrolytes and a bit of sodium back into your body after a work out and this will not do either. Try Sobe LifeWater. They make a handful of 0 calorie options. I've found the Fuji Apple Pear to be my new favorite drink, 0 calorie or otherwise.
