I love these olives!!! I use them in fresh pasta salads, or cut the up fine and put them on garlic bread. So, so good. They have so much flavor. I would recommend these to anyone looking for a great high quality olive.
This s the only brand I will buy and they are always in my fridge. So easy to add to any dish, hot or cold, since they are pitted! Delicious flavor and perks up pizza, pastas, cream cheese spread...the list is endless.
I use them mainly in my salads or if I'm doing a pasta. They are pitted so honestly they don't hold quite as well. Kalmatas tend to be more tart and sour so I wouldn't use them in lasagna. I would however use it in a pasta with feta cheese.
