I am extremely pleased with my decision to buy Ghirardelli premium cocoa powder. The most noticeable difference is that I make all have a rich aroma and a bitter taste just like store-bought desserts. I often use cocoa powder to make chocolate, ice cream, cream, and tiramisu, the color is beautiful and elegant, and the flavor is deep and blends perfectly with the cream. Even with just a small amount the flavor is incredibly distinct. Definitely worth the money.
