Still, this product is much better than any alternative. I like to use it for strawberries, coconut macaroons, bacon (yes, bacon) and many other treats! It's great to dip, drizzle and coat (perhaps a top layer of a cake or pie). You can use as much or as little as your recipe/baking project calls for.
