My mom bought this hair straightener for all the girls in our household to use because her sisters and everyone she knows in Ireland use and recommend this brand of straightener. It does not get as hot as other straighteners, but is slim and maneuverable and does as well of a job, if not better, than other straighteners. I would recommend.

I've had these for about 9 years and cannot fault them at all! I also have the white and pink butterfly limited edition ones. Both are as good as the first day I used them! Cannot recommend GHDs enough

I will never go for another brand, I have always used ghd and they do the job perfectly. I curl and wave my hair every single day and they always last. I have very thick and heavy hair, and I don't need hairspray either. These straighteners are very portable and can create so many different styles!

I have had these straighteners for about 6 years now and they are still perfect! I wouldn't buy another brand now

Great set of straighteners. Gets hot quite fast. Has a handy beep when it's ready to use and turns off if you forget to! Just wish you could control the heat settings.

I absolutely love my GHD flat iron. I have gone through so many different flat irons. It heats up in about 8 seconds. My hair doesn't get caught under the plates. It also let's you know that you left it plugged in. It will beep and eventually it will shut off the heat so that you don't burn your house down. I love how sleek and slim the design is.

This a a good straighter. It leaves your hair sleek and straight. Make sure to put a heat protectant on your hair before so it doesn't get damaged.

Absolutely love my GHD! I've had many cheap flat irons in my days...went to a CHI right before hearing about GHD from a hair dresser. So I took the plunge and spent the money to try out this GHD she kept telling me about. Man is that money WELL spent. CHI doesn't compare to the GHD. The GHD flat iron leaves my hair silky and smooth (of course using a heat protecting as well) 5 stars from me, I will forever love GHD!

I ordered this flat iron after hearing great reviews on ghd flat irons. This iron did nothing but scorch my hair, even when used with a heat protectant spray. I liked the color and look of the iron, but it wasn't worth frying my hair to keep a pretty iron.

I love GHD and had my original for 5 years... I decided to upgrade with this one and loved the color but was kind if disappointed. This one made my hair static and didn't curl as well as my original GHD. In the end I decided to go back to my original one and never use this one.
