We love these! I took my time with the transition to real solids because I have a fear of babygirl choking. With these my mind is more at ease because they pretty much melt in her mouth after a bite or two, while still helping her learn the beginnings of actual chewing. They're not like the puffs where she could accidentally swallow one whole either. I noticed once we introduced these babygirl was also more willing to try table foods - a big deal for us since she always refused them. They also do actually help with teething, though I can't tell you exactly how much because our little one doesn't fuss too much from teething anyway. Now we just use these as a convenient hold-over snack in between meal times or when I need her to keep her hands occupied for a moment. Love the size, and love the extra mild flavor too since we're not trying to give our baby a sweet tooth or snack habit.
