It looks as thought Genghis Grill at Short Pump VA is going to be the new home of COVID delta as there are no gloves and everyone is touching and using the same tongs to load up their bowls. When I mentioned this to the Manager he got aggravated, got a smart tone, and told me I didn't have to eat there if I was so concerned. He was right❗ We left, with out a second thought The waitress told us that the new meat was carni asada, but yet at the meat bar there was none. I use to eat there before they closed during the pandemic. I've been back four times since their reopening but as my last time I was there and I stress, last time as I will not be returning , the manager seemed not to care that we are still in a pandemic, and up to that day gloves were available. Seems as though there are cut backs and management has no concern for public safety and coupled with his constant belittlement of employees in front of customers. I'll choose to spend my money elsewhere. I wish you could give negative stars❗ .

If your looking for a Mongolian food, this is the right place to go. The bowls size are good and like how they have different variations of meats, chicken, and seafood to eat. As well for vegetables, sauces, and condiments to choose from will recommend here to eat.

This is one of my favorite places to go to to make my own bowls of food. The ingredients are always fresh and they cook it really fast and well. The flavors are amazing and the choices are bound to fall. The price is really really affordable and the quality of the food is really really good.

This place is good if you know what you are doing. You create your bowl and they cook it. I personally do a lot of shrimp and teriyaki and it turns out great

I love that you can literally make it however you want from start to finish. Great options and great service. It’s great to be able to see them fool your food too. Wonderful overall experience and price.

Since Covid the service is not good. Limited seasonings and flavors as they make your bowl not you. It just doesn't taste the same you putting your bowl together with your known portions and combinations and another flavor when they put it together.

I love that you can make your own bowl! I love the variety of meats and veggies. I think it’s a little overpriced.

I love their variety of food. The udon noodles are my favorite from the extra sides you get to pick.

I LOVE this place! It is so good and you get so much food for the price. Definitely affordable and you have plenty of left overs. Good quality, only thing I don’t like so having to reach under the shield to get your food makes it hard to reach.
