It looks as thought Genghis Grill at Short Pump VA is going to be the new home of COVID delta as there are no gloves and everyone is touching and using the same tongs to load up their bowls. When I mentioned this to the Manager he got aggravated, got a smart tone, and told me I didn't have to eat there if I was so concerned. He was right❗ We left, with out a second thought The waitress told us that the new meat was carni asada, but yet at the meat bar there was none. I use to eat there before they closed during the pandemic. I've been back four times since their reopening but as my last time I was there and I stress, last time as I will not be returning , the manager seemed not to care that we are still in a pandemic, and up to that day gloves were available. Seems as though there are cut backs and management has no concern for public safety and coupled with his constant belittlement of employees in front of customers. I'll choose to spend my money elsewhere. I wish you could give negative stars❗ .

If your looking for a Mongolian food, this is the right place to go. The bowls size are good and like how they have different variations of meats, chicken, and seafood to eat. As well for vegetables, sauces, and condiments to choose from will recommend here to eat.
