I tested it a few times in the store, and later a consultant recommended La Mer Genaissance De La Mer The Infused Lotion from the Genaissance line. She explained that this product had been released earlier and has a very good formula. I tested the lotion and it actually felt more nourishing, with a pleasant scent and beautiful texture. I fell in love with it from the very first application♥️ After trying it a few more times, I decided to buy it. I’ve been using it for about a month now and I haven’t regretted the purchase at all. When applied it hydrates the skin, evens out the complexion and absorbs very well. Sometimes I don’t even need to apply a cream after using this lotion. I also notice that it layers beautifully with other products and makeup without causing any pilling. My skin is quite sensitive, but this lotion hasn’t caused any breakouts or irritation. The hydration feels long-lasting and the effect stays throughout the day. And the luxurious packaging is a separate aesthetic pleasure ✨

At first I got great results but after a week my skin was irritated by this serum. It’s a liquid serum/lotion hybrid. I loved the consistency of it and it was so convenient. I tried it out during a massive heatwave. After a week of use it made my skin feel raw. My skin felt irritated and congested. It laid on the surface of my face. It didn’t dry my skin out but it was irritated for sure. This product is very expensive $340 for the bottle and I just didn’t like how it made my skin feel.
