I have been with Geico for 14 years and they have truly gotten expensive. Every year regardless if I have a claim or not my premium goes up. Then on top of that if you move to another state the price increase significantly. Paying for a coverage for that long should have se benefits like no deductible or something, but nope its just an endless pit. Expensive for little benefits, yeas insurance.

The rates are insane and they continue to go up every single year they state they are shopping the home insurance but the new policy is no better then the one you previously had. The homeowners agents are rude and rush you off the phone even they know their rates are insanely high they don’t want to deal with you do not recommend

I’ve been using Geico for my car insurance and overall, it’s been a great experience. Their prices are competitive, and I appreciate how easy it is to manage everything through the app. However, I’ve noticed that customer service can sometimes be an issue either long wait times or not always getting a clear answer right away. Still, I think the coverage and affordability make it worth it.
