Seriously disappointed with this purchase! I paid $100 for this coffee maker just to have the strainer malfunction. Now I just use filters which is a hassle. Cleaning is difficult! Brewing speed is slow and the coffee doesn't stay hot long after brewing. The temperature isn't as hot and I'm not satisfied with the brewing performance either. It appears to be a waste of money.
