i’m a diet/zero sugar/zero cal gal through and through. i’m also a hydrate/liquid iv packets/giant water jug girlie. what i’m trying to say is, if you want something to help you stay hydrated, keep your electrolytes balanced (especially if you take medications that make you pee a lot—i’m looking at the adhders) and tastes good, this is the way to go!
