Not grape, but even better - Berry ! If you’ve been following me, you know that I’m an avid golfer, and this is another staple in my bag. Sometimes, just water isn’t enough - you need to recover quick from the exercise & heat, and rehydrate the electrolytes you’ve shed. Easy to prepare, it makes a good mixer, too 😉

I struggle with drinking enough water to keep myself hydrated. I recently decided to try using powder mixes as a way to keep hydrated without much calories or sugar. I haven't tried the propelled brand before but I saw that they're well reviewed. The stick comes with enough powder for one 20 oz bottle of water. It has no color but adds a bit of a grape salty taste to water. It has a soft grape scent and it's not very strong. I found it tasty and it helps keep me hydrated especially when I go long bits of time without drinking water.

Great taste, fantastic hydration, and sugar- free. My bag is always filled with a few on- the- go packets. The colored packets let me quickly identify the flavor in searching for.
