If I could, I would give this hair dye 0 stars, especially when it comes to their lighter shades. I tried the cool blonde, but instead of a nice ashy tone, my hair turned out orange. I’ve experimented with other colors from the same line as well, and every single one always leaned towards orange. It was so frustrating! Not only was the color a complete fail, but it also ruined my hair, leaving it damaged and dry. I would definitely not recommend this if you are looking for a precise, cool-toned result—it was a nightmare for my hair health and color!
