I’m only giving this three stars for a couple of reasons which are mostly personal preference. First of all I’ve used this a couple of times because I make a mean vanilla buttercream cake but I am a purist when it comes to baking and prefer full fat dairy products. I don’t think my recipes come out as good with this buttermilk. I much prefer the Katie’s brand. If you have to use reduced fat for dietary reasons then this is a good choice for you, though.
