I have been using these vitamins for a couple years. I like that it’s derived from certified organic whole foods. I also like that formula supports breast and hormone health for women.

This vitamin did not work for me. I used to love it but ever since they sold the company i have not seen the same results. I can only assume they changed the formula. This vitamin gave me anxiety. I don't need any help in this department so i stopped when i realized it could be the vitamin. Haven't had any bouts of anxiety since. 

I bought these for my mom when she was struggling finding a vitamin that she liked & trusted. I told her all about Garden of Life & she loves these!
