These are my go to for salsa and guacamole. They also use one of three types of oil: canola, sunflower, or safflower. I am not as excited about canola, especially if it is not organic (and this ingredient is not worded or labeled as being organic), so that is a strike against it for me. Three or four stars for their target market of the natural/organic crowd. As far as good food and being used for chips, they hold up well when dipping and taste pretty good.
