Take the original Blue Chips, but in this case add some zing, the magic ingredient of cayenne pepper. And you get Red Hot Blues. At Garden of Eatin' we're the originators of blue corn tortilla chips. They're actually blue in color because many years ago our founder Al Jacobson bought an entire crop of blue corn (an ancient tradition of the Hopi and Zuni tribes - people who really know their corn) and thought it would make a great tortilla chip. Then we surprise your taste buds with a dusting of cayenne pepper on every chip. see more...

These are legit the best tortilla chips out there in my opinion!! They have the classic crunch of tortilla chips but a lot more flavor with a little kick of spice! They’re great in salsa and hummus but also have plenty of flavor to enjoy with a meal alone.

Omg these chips have changed my life! They taste amazing, and I love the crap out of them! You can get them at Whole Foods, or at Raley’s. Sometimes they have them at Safeway, but not a great selection there.

These chips are great! They are very thick and crunchy. The spice has a good kick - if you don't like spicy foods, I would portably say that these chips are too spicy for you. They load on the spices! Great with any kind of dip or just by themselves. You can typically find them at any grocery store - you'll definitely find them at any market like Whole Foods or Trader Joe's.

These are absolutely my favorite chip of ALL time, especially for the tortilla category. This chip is fantastic with all salsas, but also great for dips! The spice definitely can add a little kick to any dip you pair it with. I would recommend 10/10

Red Hot Blues are my absolute favorite Garden of Eatin' chips. They have the perfect amount of heat. The chips themselves are really thick compared to other corn chips, which is a huge plus. They're absolutely amazing! Highly recommend!

These are really good with plain hummus! It’s a nice change when you’re craving chips with flavor. You can still get the health of blue corn with a nice flavoring too. It’s got a nice little kick to it too!

When I'm feeling extra decadent and my budget can take it, I like to get these to pair with salsa or guacamole. They are truly spicy, and I've always been a fan of blue corn tortilla chips. Great brand.

These chips have just the right amount of heat and are perfect for dipping - not too thick and not too thin. I love that all natural ingredients are used and the taste is amazing.

These are my go to for salsa and guacamole. They also use one of three types of oil: canola, sunflower, or safflower. I am not as excited about canola, especially if it is not organic (and this ingredient is not worded or labeled as being organic), so that is a strike against it for me. Three or four stars for their target market of the natural/organic crowd. As far as good food and being used for chips, they hold up well when dipping and taste pretty good.

This is a delicious chip! It is great for dipping or even eating alone. I like the ingredients and would highly recommend this chip. I'm not sure what I expected when I purchased it other than a healthier chip but it surpassed expectations and I've purchased it several times!
