I haven’t been eating meat for years now I usually just buy Quorn as i know i like it and dont wish to waste my money on something i wont like and it just end up in the bin I was surprised that i actually liked this mince I made spag bol and it tasted better than what I usually make. The texture was the same as meat mince, was easy to cook and had a lovely flavour I would purchase this again

This looks very much like meat and hen uncooked. Although it’s not what we are after. Cooks very easily, we made a Chili con carne. The texture is good but it lacks flavour. It doesn’t “absorb” the flavours of tomatoes or the spices I used so maybe adding more seasoning could help.

I found this mince had a bit of a mushy texture compared to some other brands. The taste was actually tasty. I used mine to make a bolognaise sauce , but my kids notice that it wasn't meat. So next time I might mix it with some meat and see if they still notice that I used some vegan product.
