Gamewright Take the Cake - 2 to 4 Players

It's a fact: everyone loves cupcakes. The ingenious personal-sized cake, complete with frosting and fun toppings, has been a classic favorite for years, and with good reason. Gamewright plays off this household treasure in the game Take the Cake. Take the Cake is a simple game that's straight-up fun. Depending on the number of the rolled dice, each player takes a turn shaking the cupcake-shaped sprinkler full of little wooden sprinkle shapes. You roll a 1? Shake the cupcake one time upside down. If any of the shapes match a cupcake on a card, add them to the card. When your card is fully "frosted", collect that card. The person to collect the most cards is the winner. Take the Cake is designed for two to four players ages four and up. A complete game takes about fifteen minutes to play. This yummy game reinforces fine motor skills as well as shape and color recognition. Playing is easy and fun and winning is a piece of cake.
