What I love the most about this ricotta is its versatility. I enjoy having it for breakfast, even straight from the spoon, and it also works beautifully in baking. The flavor is mild, creamy, and perfectly balanced – not overpowering, which makes it easy to pair with both sweet and savory dishes. In terms of freshness, it always tastes clean and light, like real quality dairy. The packaging is convenient, easy to open, and keeps the cheese fresh for a long time. This is my families least favorite ricotta cheese. The texture is grainy and unpleasant. There’s no helping the taste and flavor by adding other ingredients . It just doesn’t taste like ricotta should. We prefer any brand over Galbani.
