This microwave works Really well and has lots of space. It is more like an industrial type microwave. You put the time on this one by turning the knob and then pushing in on the knob to start. It is not hard to clean and fits all of our needs

Microwave gets food really hot it's always accurate. I like the design of the microwave it's very roomy and big inside. The one thing I don't like is that the turn knob sometimes doesn't always work the best you have to keep turning it for it to go to how long you want it to run.

We've only had ours for a year or less now. The timer dial stopped functioning correctly about 4 months in; we have to spin it so many times just to get it to 30 seconds. I dislike that it only counts in 10s, meaning you can't cook something for 45 seconds/etc. without having to manually stop it. The button to open the door is also sticky. You basically have to pump it to open it. It is very large and holds a lot of food, but you'll probably have to run it multiple times to get it hot enough.
