We picked up these Galanz fridge/freezers from Costco last year and boy am I glad we did! They look slim and sleek and serve their purpose. One is being used as a freezer while the other as a fridge. They work great at maintaining temperature and the best part is the automatic defrost so no ice forms in the freezer which is a rare feature to find on a freezer of this size!

I tend to buy frozen foods and meat, chicken in bulk which is why I went with the upright freezer. I like that it's not a deep freezer where everything just gets thrown in. I love how it's compact and tall for better access to food and it takes up such little room. The compressor can get loud but we keep it in our garage so that's not a problem for us. It can switch to fridge mode, but for my preference I prefer to leave it as a freezer. I highly recommend the galanz freezer, it's been such a great purchase!

I have a big family! It's important that no matter what our food stays safe and healthy. This amazing ice-box can be either. I have it set up as a freezer since that is what my family needs... but it can be switched into a mode that will keep the refrigerator working as such. It just cannot be both. I've also not seen any frost on anything yet. This freezer lets you choose which way your door opens. It has 4 clear bins on the door, 4 clear glass shelves, nice lighting, electronic temp control, and a quick cooling option.
