Didn’t really notice much difference but it added the extra calories. So if your looking to get to your goals a little easier I’d consider adding this

I’m really glad I got to try this out! I’m not sure if I noticed too much of a difference in muscle gain but the flavor was fine and I’m glad I got to try it
