Descent flavor and nice energy addition and helps with endurance. I do like that the package suggests half to start because it does get you jittery if too much.

No grit after taste or while drinking. Idk if they work or if it’s the placebo effect. I wanna believe they work too. They dissolve just fine too…..

I love this pre workout. I am sensitive to caffeine and energy supplements and this did not give me jitters, etc. The taste is great and the convenient stick packs are easy to take with you.
