I’ve had this mat for probably 15 years. It is extremely durable and sturdy. I’ve done yoga, hot yoga, Pilates, and a variety of exercises on it and it still looks brand new! I highly recommend the Gaiam brand for yoga and Pilates.

Got it for my daughter. Great traction, not as cushioned as my thicker gaiam mat but she loves the design and color on it. It rolls and stores easily, no curling

Great quality, soft and durably. Amazing size for outdoor activities, I am 1.60 cm. And for me is a good size that is so important because I like to workout outside. I don't know if all the mats included a CD but mine does and was so helpful in the begging to motivate me to start a healthy life.
