I love the pattern on this Matt and the material is extremely durable. It also rolls up very nicely. One thing I appreciate is that it doesn’t have the plastic smell and it doesn’t fall apart of flake with beads. I ordered the 4mm which is suitable for my inferno Pilates class. If you like thicker go with the 6 mm.

This is one of the most durable, long lasting yoga mats out there. I love the thin traction that this mat gives, which is just enough to give the body the support and balance that it needs for an exercise like Yoga. Like other yoga mats, this is thin, easily rolled and you can easily strap it over your shoulder to keep your hands free when walking. This is not foamy, nor does it have denser padding. Those kinds of exercise mats may be great for higher impact activities or when you need more cushion. For yoga, the traction really helps with balance and can improve your entire practice! I’ve had this mat for over 10 years and it’s still as good as ever! I highly recommend!
