I bought this for a giveaway for my yoga business. I loved it as soon as I took it out of the box. The student who won it loves it. I love gaiam products. They last so long and are beautiful.

I bought this product at Winners when I added yoga to my workout routine, and it’s a great starter kit for beginners! Personally, I am very picky about my mats, and I ended up buying a new yoga mat to replace the one that came in this set. My hands sweat a lot, so using this mat I found I was sliding around a lot (i now use a fabric mat for grip). However, this is only my opinion on the yoga mat, otherwise it is a great starter kit id recommend for anyone who does not care too much about the yoga mat! The set does come with videos you can access online, plus a yoga block and a strap that do come in handy!
