I have two mats. I tend to slip with my older one, which is less than ideal when the room is warm and you're sweating. I was gifted a larger one that is definitely newer. The mat is stickier (in a good way), wider, and easier to practice on. It seems they've improved their functionality over the years, which is great!

Really like this mat. The flower of life design is beautiful and adds a calm vibe to practice. It's not on the thinner side so there isnt much cushioning but it still works fine for light sessions. The grip is decent for everyday use and it's lightweight and easy to carry around

I’ve had this mat for years and it still performs as it does when I first got it. This mat is super soft and has little bumps to stop you from sliding. Nothing has pulled off the mat as some others I’ve used pull apart!
