I was skeptical of this at first but it did reduce stomach aches and bloating and was overall very effective and a good product. Also a good value for money.

I didn’t notice much when using these, but there was also no negatives. Taken before a meal the stomach feels calm but nothing drastic in change .

As you can see the tablets aren’t too big which is a bonus for me as sometimes I struggle with tablets. I get bloating a few times a month and I took this as soon as I felt a bit “meh” and not long after these kicked in I felt normal again. It was a huge relief for me!
