Then winter hit and I've been doing simple workouts at home to help get me into shape. The FWD Women's Push Training 7/8 Legging has become my go-to workout pant. I love all of the pockets! There are two deep side pockets that are perfect for your phone, one front waistband pocket that is great for money and cards, and one hidden pocket inside the back waistband that is also perfect for your phone. I love the Oceanview colour and it goes well with all of my black and grey sports bras. I haven't had any heavy sweat days, so I cannot attribute to how well these hold up to those long runs or intense workouts, but they definitely do keep me cool and comfortable throughout my simple workouts. They are a little loose in the front (as you can see from the photos), but they have a compression like feel on the waist and legs that help hold everything in. I love that they are moisture-wicking and anti-microbial, and will hopefully put those features to the test this spring/summer. I also love that they are designed right here in Canada and are made with recycled nylon.

I was so excited about the big pockets in these, definitely enough room for a phone!  They have a nice seam detail, high waist with a hidden pocket in the waist band.  The waistband is secure but the leggings are not too compressive or heavy weight, they are a lighter, breathable fabric with quite a bit of stretch. Plus it’s a really pretty colour! Nice silky smooth material but still has enough compression to feel good working out in. I love that there are side pockets as well a large pocket at the back of the waistband and a smaller pocket at the front of the waistband. The colour is a nice blueish gray. I love these leggings!
