My husband really enjoyed this shirt after working out in it. It’s a very breathable material and helps cool you down after a very sweaty workout session! The shirt itself felt a little thin and therefore maybe less durable but we’ll have to wait and see how it is after a few more wears to see if this is true. Overall, great workout shirt! My husband tried quite a few shirts from FWD and this was by far his least favourite. The material felt a little cheap and was quite sheer. It did have a cooling feel to it but otherwise it did not meet our quality expectation.

It’s super fit, that’s why I went one size big so then it doesn’t stick to your body during workout, I think that’s the main part.
