Thank goodness everything about this was free to try.... So many issues. I ordered my item back in October, was supposed to be delivered in early November. Did not receive until after December started and I had to call customer service on the delay. Than there is the quality... when creating the font seemed more readable but unless you are eye to eye style is hard to read the font on the bottom. Again thankful this was at least free to try. Not sure ifbi would go back right now without a heavy reason why.

Its size is perfect for our Christmas tree, we will put it as another sphere, its price is affordable, it is very versatile and its durability seems to be good, its packaging is normal

The process of making this ornament was super simple on the website. I chose a picture of my son and his papa so we could have it many years to look back on. It is so cute and thick! It does look a little fuzzy but that’s because it’s “frosted”.
