I feed them about a third of a can and put the rest on the fridge with a plastic lid. I may feed 4 hours later another third and this time I ad two tablespoons of hot water and mix to take some of the chill out. But frankly, our cats will eat it cold out of the fridge without complaining. The food is not stinky which is a plus when I have to feed them. They never get tired of this brand.
