This is one of the best collagen supplements tried recently. This worked very well and i could see differences. I strongly recommend this product to everyone.

I know there are a ton of benefits to collagen but I really just dislike the taste. I like that this is both a collagen supplement and melatonin because I take melatonin once or twice a week and this helps me to get in my collagen at the same time. This definitely has the collagen flavor to it but it’s not too bad. I love that it’s not overly sweet considering I drink this before bed and I don’t want to have a sugary drink before bed. I really enjoy this supplement and it seems gentle and doesn’t leave me groggy in the am.
