I like this product, I havnt noticed much mood change but I'm not normally in a bad mood anyways but it does help with bloating and it makes my stomach feel better so to me that's a win. I'm sure it does help my mood if it fluctuates but I'm usually pretty consistent with my moods for the most part. I like that it has no nasty aftertaste, that's a big win.
