The main thing I noticed when taking this product was how gassy it made me 🙄 which is fine in quarantine, but not so great in the office. Was easy to take, but I'm unsure about the immunity boost. If you do well with probiotics this will be a great product for you; I think probiotics just didn't agree with me so much.

Love these and I have been feeling a extra secure since I have been taking these. Gives me that extra edge up and these days you can’t be too cautious.
