Grinding your coffee is defiantly way to go so fresh and smell in your home is the best! You can not beat the taste of freshly ground coffee! What I love is that I can mix different kids of coffee to get exactly the flavor I want. Most of the products in my house are cosinart because their products are great quality! You are the most beautiful product .. Thank you

Does anyone know if this really works? I know it's tough to keep coffee fresh after roasting, but if had no idea about the CO2 emissions.

I got this for my boyfriend for Christmas. I think it seals out light and moisture well but it's not the most amazing thing in the world. I think the C02 emissions thing is kind of bunk.
