Frigidaire 26 lb countertop ice maker in stainless steel. When I pulled this baby out of the box I thought wow this is really great quality and built well. It has some bulk to it but it’s a smaller kitchen appliance. I’ve always wanted an ice maker because I hate dealing with the ice trays in the freezer. A few things to know about this ice maker that are downfalls for me and why I have it the lower review. First off it takes up to 16 minutes to make ice which would be great if it was more than 8 pieces at a time. The other downside is if you don’t want the ice to melt you must transfer it to your actual freezer. The tray does make that convenient and easy and to add water you just lift tray and add it their. The machine also has a self cleaning system, however I have no idea how to use it because the directions don’t give any instructions on how. Overall I’m wishing I chose a different ice maker but am finding some good to this one and making do with the things I don’t like.

Love my ice maker. The fridge I currently have does now have an ice maker so this is our go to. It’s super easy to clean and doesn’t make much noise. The ice cubes are the perfect size for iced coffee, beverages, and anything in between.

Every Sunday I prep my ice for the week for my iced coffee and other drinks. It does take all day but I don’t mind. I’m doing meal prep anyways. I recommend
