The taste is horrible but that’s mostly how effective medicine is. It has multiple items known to help with milk production instead of just one kind. I like the pink bottle makes it very noticeable so you are less likely to lose it. Overall I’ve been enjoying it as much as I can so far!

Definitely pricey but they worked so good for me I had a bit of trouble producing more milk and tried everything and started taking these and doubled my milk supply they smell bad and I was a little weary about taking them but they actually taste pretty good. But 100% recommend
