This is a must have for any parent with an infant or baby! It helped all my kids take their medicine so much easier! It works really well with not just the syringe that comes with this, but I also used the syringe that comes with other medicine and it fit as well. I used it with all my kids and would recommend it for other parents. Cleaning is simple, you would steralize it like any other pacifiers, but I would also recommend cleaning the little hole where the medicine is pushed through.

This is the only way we can get our son to take medicine! He even recognizes it now and knows it has tasty medicine that makes him feel better and he gladly takes it! But when he has fought it, on rare occasions, being a pacifier makes it really easy to give him micro doses at a time to get the entire medicine down. It is great at taking any kind of syringe—some meds come with their own and they can fit in this just fine!
