My partner and I decided to do some meal prep with this chicken making a lemon and rosemary chicken with jasmine rice and some carrots and broccoli. This would help us have a healthy and planned out couple of meals for the upcoming work week. Once we got everything going - we couldn’t help but eat some for dinner that night while it was all fresh. The chicken cooked beautifully and was cut very well already helping minimize the prep time we had. Out of the other brands available at the store - this was still one of the more affordable options and honestly looked the healthiest and best! I definitely plan to buy again soon to try out some other recipes on my list - maybe chicken teriyaki skewers next!
