117 reviewsMir gefällt Kiwi wegen seines süß-säuerlichen Geschmacks, der sehr erfrischend und einzigartig ist.Es ist eine Frucht,die reich an Vitaminen ist, insbesondere an Vitamin C,was mir einen Energieschub gibt und das Immunsystem unterstützt.Außerdem sorgt die leicht knackige Textur, kombiniert mit dem weichen und saftigen Inneren, dafür, dass jeder Biss ein Genuss ist.Kiwi ist zudem vielseitig und kann in einer Vielzahl von Gerichten verwendet werden, von Obstsalaten bis hin zu Smoothies,was der Ernährung zusätzliche Frische und Farbe verleiht.
Yummy! There's nothing better on a hot day than fresh ripe juicy kiwi with a sweet and little sour taste! I feel like there's no other fruit to compare it to. The outside is hairy feeling so we like to cut that off and just eat the delicious juicy center with a little crunch from the seeds! You can buy them individually or in a plastic container with about 5 or 6 in a package. They are reasonably priced and we all love them in our family!
Kiwi's are one of my favorite fruits. They are delicious and not overly sweet either. I really enjoy them during summer as something to snack on while I'm on break or for lunch. If you didn't already know.. (which I also didn't know until recently either) is that you can even eat the SKIN on the kiwi too! it's actually edible 🤯 haha and if you eat the kiwi with the skin it gives you 50% more fiber which is amazing! It doesn't really taste all that bad it's more of a texture thing for me personally but I always have issues with not getting enough fiber in my diet so after learning this about kiwis I'm going to suck it up and start eating the skin as well because why not? 😂 it's GOOD for you!!
