Fresh from the Start Baby Reds Gourmet Potatoes
These little red potatos really can go with just about anything. Chicken, Steak, Pork tenderloin even a fresh fish fry. However for my #backyardbash i am going to wrap these little red potatos in some bacon and then wrap them in some tin foil and throw them onto my grill as well.
Baby reds are wonderful! Double benefit to not having to peel. One it saves time. Two, most of the nutrients are just beneath the skin so you don't loose any of the value. Boil with a drizzle of EVOO, SEASALT AND PARSLEY ROSEMARY OR ANY HERB FANTASTIC! Boil and mask with skin on, wonderful! Boil, slight mash, transfer to frying pan preheated and treated. Crisp up underside, out of this world!
